Accenture Consulting: Case Competition
The situation: As a team of communication strategy consultants, my team and I were tasked to create a strategy for Accenture Consulting to attract Generation Z talent (born 1995-2010).
Our strategy involved a continuum of three programs each stand apart and would fully perform their function without the others, however together they form a continuous engagement throughout a student’s college career. We utilized persona marketing to clearly explain the target market and researched the cost of each program we were recommending.
Our final presentation was chosen out of 12 teams to present at the final case competition to business executives.
In the following year, I was hired as a communication coach and facilitator. I coached my own team who was also selected to present in the final case competition.
